The studio is open for private sessions only at this time.

  • Call for available days and times.

Private sessions are tailored to your needs. Types of yoga offered are…

  • Yoga for Grief Support: Compassionate, trauma-informed practices that combine breath, gentle movement, and restorative poses to help soothe the nervous system, support emotional processing, and build grounding tools you can use off the mat.

  • Yoga for Scoliosis: Individualized alignment, mobility, and strengthening work focused on your specific curve pattern, with modifications and props to improve posture, reduce pain, and support spinal health.

  • Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga for strength and balance: Progressive sequencing to build muscular strength, joint stability, and proprioception—great for functional fitness and fall prevention.

  • Yin and Restorative yoga: Slow, supported poses with long holds and breath awareness to promote deep relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

  • Guided meditation: Helps calm the nervous system, reset your focus and better equip you to deal with stress, a busy life and grief.

A Christ-centered space where women can come as they are; stressed, grieving, hurting and longing to breathe again.

Through a personalized yoga practice, grief-informed care, and gentle faith-rooted encouragement, you will be supported in body, heart and soul.

Personal and Small Group Yoga Sessions

Personalized sessions are individually created and thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the woman who values health, grace and long-term vitality: each practice blends accessible postures with deliberate breath work to ease chronic tension, reduce stress and restore calm, while targeted adjustments and sequencing deepen alignment, improve balance and refine technique so you feel stronger and more centered.

Specialties

Yoga for Scoliosis

With specialized training in Yoga for Scoliosis postures are designed for your specific curve in mind; to ease discomfort, balance your body and build strength and confidence. Learn proper breathing techniques and posture to keep your back in check.

Each session comes with photos and instructions so that you can consistently practice with confidence at home.

Yoga for Grief Support

Grief is physical, emotional and spiritual. The sadness, trauma and wounds of our grief settle deep into our bodies.

The physical signs of grief are tightness across the chest and throat, heavy low back pain or pelvic ache, breath that feels shallow or stuck, fatigue and lingering muscle tension and headaches. Grief can also emerge as digestive disturbances, numbness or as restless energy that won’t settle. Somatic yoga offer a gentle, physical path to notice and befriend these sensations through slow, mindful movement, breath work and body awareness practices that rewire the nervous system responses to safety: by cultivation internal attention rather that pushing through pain. Somatic yoga supports regulation, helps integrate emotional experience into the body and creates a compassionate container where grief can move transform and gradually ease.

Hi! I’m Judi.

In 2015 I first stepped on the mat to heal from multiple running injuries. Little did I know it was the beginning of a new career. I healed, emotionally and physically from my personal practice. In doing so I wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others. So I continued the journey…

In 2016 my Initial Teacher Training was complete at Santosha Yoga. The following year I was certified to teach Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Browning-Miller. And in 2019 I completed my Masters Teacher Training with Laura Burkhart and Michael Theilen through Yoga Faith. Most recently, in 2026 I became a Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s program.

I have been blessed to have the opportunity to teach a varied and rich practice to many different people as well as contribute by teaching workshops and teacher trainings and writing for yoga therapy programs and Christian Yoga Magazine.

The windy road of this journey called life has taken me to teach guided meditation, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Chair Yoga and Grief Support. Even though I am a teacher I am humbled by the fact that there is still more to learn. And learn I do! Always expanding my knowledge to better help and guide others in their yoga practice and healing process.

Personally, I have been married to my best friend for 42 years, have been blessed to raise two upstanding sons and am constantly bringing fur babies into our home. My hobbies are travel, photography, gardening and enjoying Gods good creation.

In Light and Love,

Judi
